Professional Managers
Professional Managers oversee daily operations of ISL homes and ensure quality support for individuals. They coordinate staff schedules, supervise and train Direct Support Professionals, manage documentation and compliance, and communicate with families, guardians, and service coordinators.
House Managers / Lead Staff
House Managers/Lead Staff manage ISL homes, coordinating shopping, meal planning, and
community access while supporting individuals and staff so that bills are paid, medical
appointments are covered and individuals are able to work and participate in day programs
in addition to participating in events in the community to the greatest extent possible.
